Open Night
What a wonderful atmosphere it was at our Open Night. It was really great to see our students proudly showing their families around our school along with showing off their classroom work. Thank you to all our staff; teachers, education assistants and relief staff in getting the evening organised.

Artwork
Woodland Grove Primary School student’s artwork listed here, will be hung in the Poultry and Cat Pavilions at the Perth Royal Show.  Don’t forget to go and see it during the school holidays.

Cameron Stelzer – Author Visit
Last Thursday we had a special visit from Dr Cameron Stelzer, The Story Doctor. Students had the opportunity to enjoy an interactive Big Screen Book Reading, follow-along drawing activity with Cameron, taking a behind-the-scenes look at creating a book, and applying their own creative components.
Congratulations to Aroha and Ali for winning the competition of Cameron Stelzer’s create your own character.

Market Day
Ben & Vanessa and all the students from TH3 and TH4 would just like to thank everyone for supporting TH3 & TH4’s Market Day yesterday! It was a huge success and a fantastic atmosphere. Another demonstration of the supportive environment at Woodland Grove!

Footy Colours Day

A great turn out for our dress up day.
Our WGPS football match between Teachers and Students was tight and the Teachers won by half a point. Well done to everyone who participated and the tough competition you all showed.
