Overview

Welcome to Learning at Home at Woodland Grove Primary School. This page has been created to support families and provide instructional learning activities for all students who are not at school. On this page you will find information on how to support your child’s learning at home, recommended activities to enhance learning and links to websites to make learning more interactive.

Firstly, try not to stress. We are here to help you through this. We are in this together. We are learning as much as you.

Our Year Level Learning at Home packages are the place for you to start when supporting your child to learn at home. These packages will be made available online and a printed copy at your child’s classroom at the beginning of every week. Once completed, all packages are to be returned to your child’s classroom at the beginning of each week and the new packages collected.

If your child is experiencing difficulty with their learning pack you may like to look at the pack from another year level. You may also like to contact your child’s classroom teacher through our website here, or by phoning us during business hours, 9526 4000. Your child’s teacher will be uploading a video on Seesaw every day and will check your child’s work as it is submitted on Seesaw or when learning packs are returned to school at the end of the week.

Our website is being updated regularly with videos, tips and useful links. It is a great place to go to if you need some inspiration.

Learning at Home is new for all of us. Please do not hesitate to give us feedback on how it is going so we can adjust as needed.
