From the Principal’s desk
Teachers are busy preparing Student reports for the end of this term. Reports will be distributed through Connect. Please do not hesitate to ask our friendly front office team for a hard copy if that is what you would like. Teachers have been calling parents if student grades are different to grades they have previously received. This is a wonderful opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with his/her teacher and plan for his/her improvement. Once Reports are distributed parents/caregivers are welcome to make an appointment with the class teacher to discuss further.
Lots of wonderful activities still coming up this term including our Diabetes Morning Tea, School
Disco and Cowboy/girl Day.
Diabetes Morning Tea FundraiserPlease come join our Diabetes Fundraiser on Monday the 18th of June from 9:40am – 10:40am hosted by two of our fabulous Year 6 students. Please bring a gold coin donation, a picnic rug and your morning tea. There will be a coffee van on site to replenish your thirst.
The Salaka – Spirit of Africa

Incursions and Excursions
At Woodland Grove we would like to give students as many opportunities and experiences as we can at an affordable rate. With over 620 students, processing payments is time consuming.
As a result we cannot take ANY late payments for student activities. Payments will now close at 4pm on the date specified on the incursion / excursion form, with the DropBox also being emptied at this time.Any payments received after this date will be refunded and the student will not attend.
Payments can be made by:
1. Placing cash and permission slip in the drop box outside the staffroom
2. Completing an EFT envelope and placing in the drop box outside the staffroom
3. By direct Deposit: Woodland Grove Primary School – BSB: 633 000 A/C: 158 224 964
Alternatively a payment plan can be arranged and must be also be in place by the due date for the Student to be included in the activity.
